pokeyza.studio
My practice revolves around elements around nature. Florals and landscapes are what I'm primarily focusing on at the moment.
The focus is to allow everyone to embracing the softness within them. Often we're unconsciously told by the media/society to be tough and we're so used to it that we forget to stop and smell the flowers. I want my Tattoos to be a reminder of the kindness this World holds and to embrace it and not feel guilty of feeling feelings.

Pokes by Rebel
Pokes by Rebel is a queer-owned venture by me (Aaradhya). I first started tattooing in 2020. I am a stick n poke tattoo artist and for me, tattooing is an unconventional way of communicating. I feel extremely glad and lucky to be able to provide a safe space for people to freely express, be it stories, ideas, or personal and close-to-heart conversations, which also makes me feel liberated as an artist, designer and human. A feeling I cannot fathom to describe, giving people tattoos/permanent stickers which makes people feel powerful, vulnerable, strong and so much more!
-
Limelines
I have tiny home studio in the mountains, where I also make paintings. I often design tattoos taking a lot of inspiration from the nature around me.
-
Mokpokes
I started tattooing in January 2020 - right before the big scary covid 19 lockdown. And it came in handy to poke away the blues. I was always fascinated by body mods as a child and jumped onto the first opportunity to learn with Shreya @paradise_tender. Since, then I found a sense of passion everytime I picked up the needle. I'm not a fan of the word "professional" but I've consistently leaned onto tattooing to connect with people on a much deeper level. In these 3 years, I've perfected my style of line and dotwork doodle tattoos which are more of fun and light-hearted pieces. :)

Birthed in gratitude, Gratattoo is a safe space of and for stories inked on the body journal. Hi, my name is Abie, and I began my journey with handpoke tattoos using a DIY Handpoke Tattoo Kit that I gifted myself in February 2022. Since then, it has served to be such a surreal and out-of-body experience to witness the craft unfold and evolve. Here; we embrace slow, and find pockets of peace a poke at a time. I offer custom & flash pieces that are inspired from within and beyond.

Stickitytats
Hi! I’m Shivani aka stickitytats. I’m a mumbai based handpoke artist working predominantly with the subjects of nature since 2020. My style could be categorised as pepper shading / dotwork. My primary focus while tattooing is to create something that is soft, feminine and floaty. I think what I love most about this practise is that it has the ability to change how someone perceives themselves. It can make someone become a different person, and more often than not they get to become someone they like a little more or love a little more and I guess that’s beautiful.

M.e.m.saab/Home Studio
Who: i’m mostly known by my artist name memsaab and my friends know me as Boby.
When: I started my practise originally in 2018 through Shreya’s (Paradise Tender) workshop.
Why: Honestly I had no intentions of coming this far with the medium as it was just a way for me to honour my grandma and roots when I had lost her. But I believe she had different plans for me. I got to keep her alive with every tattoo I did and anybody who is a tattoo artist will tell you where we are asked about our when, what, why about our practise. It became a sense of joy that I got to keep and share with beautiful people from everywhere. And hence this medium is solely a way for me to love and share some.
Style: The style of work that I do usually take the measure of the people I get to tattoo. Mostly though I tattoo the designs from my flash sheets. I love doing line, filling shading work.

enn.enn.cee/Home Studio
My name is enn.enn.cee and I have been a professional illustrator for the past 12 years. I have a double masters in the subject and my practice stretches across the mediums of paper and skin. I work mainly with realism, and my kryptonite is detailed dotwork (on skin) and cross hatching (on paper). I began tattooing a year ago.
-
The Stu
I started tattooing about 3 years ago during the pandemic and never saw tattooing as a profession, however as the years passed people graciously have taken my art on their bodies permanently. My current style includes a lot of UV and stippling! There is a hope to incorporate both Indian and western elements and create some crazy designs with colour and UV since we don’t normally see that happening on brown skin.
-
Sanch.ink studios
I have been painting since childhood and tattooing since the last 2.5 years, started with handpoke and learnt the machine too over time. I love making sketchy vintage tattoos plus crayon style as well. I specialise in custom designing and flash artworks too.

Vyomiinx
My hand poke tattoo project, vyomiinx, started very out of the blue. A friend was getting tattooed at a party, and the artist had a spare needle. I spent the next 30 minutes poking away at my skin, while 10 friends watched like “yeah this is definitely only something she would do”. I had gotten a bunch of hand poked and machine tattoos and knew what it was supposed to feel like. The entire process was so instinctive to me. Through the years, I taught myself by practicing on myself and friends who were generous enough to volunteer their skin to me. I’ve been doing tattoos on and off for about 2 years now, and have tried a lot of different styles. I like experimenting with colours and gradients, and also stippling botanicals. I’m still discovering my own style, but I like the fact that I get to try out a lot of different things in the process.

Inkstain Tattoo & Art Studio
I embarked on my tattooing journey in 2021, and since then, my dedication has been unwavering. Initially collaborating with various artists, I have now established my own studio in Delhi, which came to fruition in 2022. The path I’ve traversed so far has been incredibly rewarding, and I have developed a profound affection for my art. I made the bold decision to quit my full-time job to fully immerse myself in the world of a professional tattoo artist. My passion for art is something beyond mere words, driving me to pursue my heart’s desire. I opted to become a tattoo artist, envisioning human bodies as exquisite canvases for my creative expression.

Inklets
I started my practice in March of 2021 and I have taken very few clients over the years. My forte is Handpoke (Stick and Poke) Tattoos and I design tattoos as well. I'm very mindful about taking tattoo appointments because I believe that a tattoo is part of someone's special journey and it takes time to pay attention to detail and be fully satisfied with what you are getting inked on yourself. It has been an honour for me to be chosen by many of my clients as their first tattooist because they loved the process I offered. I have inclination towards quirky and botanical designs for my flashes but I customise tattoos according to the client too.

Maṣīmaya
Greetings ! My name is Maya (Maṣīmaya)
I believe tattooing is a very spiritual and life changing experience. Through pain we realize our strength and the power to overcome anything. To me a tattoo is magic , art and the unknown coming together. Maṣīmaya is the embodiment of this process of connecting to the higher source and finding guidance through various mediums of art.I began tattooing in 2020 after an intense psychedelic experience. I specialize in free flow , line work and illustrative tattoos. I hand craft each tattoo based on the stories my clients tell me. I hope to travel all round the world , meet artists / people of different cultures and deepen my knowledge about life / art.

InkyPinkyTats
InkyPinkyTats was a name I came up with during a boring class on governance. I (Ujjvala) am an architect and researcher experimentally handpoking, while trying to find some semblance of understanding in urban research. Starting in early 2022, hand poked tattoos have given me a considerable amount of focus and a sense of comfort in the last year, and have managed to bring immense joy and a whole lot of creative fulfillment just in the last year!

Beyul Ink
My art is highly influenced by Tibetan Buddhism, Himalayan culture and folklores. I aspire to specialise in Oriental art and tattooing, with Tibetan and Japanese influences, as I am a practitioner of Tibetan and Zen Buddhism. For me, art and tattooing is a tool for meditation and spiritual improvement.Since my people were originally nature worshippers, I see my art as an offering to our nature deities as well.
-
Yellow Pokes
Tattooing has been my meditation since the past 10 months. The whole process of handpoking has made me super mindful even when I am not tattooing. I like to work around doodles but also super stoked to play around with botanicals and dots. Forever grateful for the people who let my art be a part of their lives :')

Ana.ishh studio
Hey there! I'm Ishana primarily known as @ana.ishh. As a queer artist and a trained graphic designer, tattooing has been a liberating medium for me to experiment with. I tend to lean on storytelling as my inspiration. These could be stories of history like my desi flash designs or stories of nostalgia like an exploding flip phone. All my original flash designs have a quality of challenging traditions and bringing something new to the table. I tend to use colour in interesting, almost graphic ways and use my background in art to add a quality to all my projects like pencil shading, comic book rendering or even paint strokes.
I started tattooing in 2020 right before the pandemic hit and have been obsessed ever since.I have had the opportunity to approach this profession very organically and gratefully.

Waveringthoughtts
My name is Zeba Hassan. I am an artist, digital illustrator, tattoo designer and have a deep appreciation for self expression and exploration - which reflects in my art.
My journey with tattoo designing started when I noticed a need for tattoo designers in the community, who not only create one of a kind flash sheets and pieces but also make custom designs as per the clients requirements.
I wanted to create a space where you get to pick and choose your tattoo designs which can alternate as digital art pieces.
Waveringthoughtts focuses on expressiveness and encourages others to explore the creativity and absurdity within them.
And whats a better way to do that than tattoos?

Aurrimā
I have started my tattoo journey in 2018, which was very stressful as an introverted and hypersensitive person (and it still is!).
I am a french woman of 35, born in Auroville (Tamil Nadu), lived abroad until I came back to India permanently 11 years ago.
I custom create all of my tattoos, my favorite subjects are flora and fauna, but I don’t have a definite style yet because I enjoy different styles of drawing.
My background as a senior graphic designer really helps me understand what the customer wants and make harmonious compositions.
My priority is to create a safe and friendly environment for people, and my small private studio hidden in the forest of Auroville is great for that.
I have been told that my (over)perfectionism and my tendency to (over)speak my mind if I don’t find the placement, sizing, colors, etc. perfect
is one of the reasons people come to me, as they feel they can really trust me for wanting the best for them.

How to Cockroach a Cat
I started hand-poke tattooing during the COVID pandemic in 2021. I had no intention of taking up tattooing so seriously, but without intending to I've grown to be passionate about it. I also like the fact it soon grew to become part of my larger practice as a Visual artist. And that is what informs most of my tattoo designs, which are often inspired by art history and ore-historic imagery.
-
illustratorinator
I’m a fine artist and I started tattooing myself back in 2021. I loved how I found another canvas to draw on, to create on.
I tend to infuse cultural fine art elements into my practice and I blend traditional motifs and symbols into my designs.
My designs are also inspired by nature, different aesthetics and other schools of art from India. I do both handpoke and machine tattoos, both custom and flash✨

Milky Tattoos
Milky tattoos was started in 2018. Since then she has broken down and rebuilt herself into a practice that gives me solace, allowing me to keep my creative side always burning initially via Handpoke and now with the addition of my handy machine. As a full-time visual designer and biomaterial enthusiast my week is busy busy busy but I look forward to my weekends filled with conversation, art and flow. Constantly reinventing, my practice now is sygilistic, texture and placement based, but really it’s anything you want it to be! I love keeping things open and transparent with my clients- making some lifelong friends down the road. My Tamil heritage drew me to this art form when my Thatha introduced me to “Pachai-Kuthal” translating to “Skin-poke” an ancient temple practice. Milky tattoos allows me to archive my art on skin. The body may be temporary but the soul is forever. That’s why I always introduce my practice as “I make permanent tattoos for temporary bodies”. For, we are here for a time, however short. Let’s decorate, frolic and bedazzle.

theDMTUniverse
Hi! Pallavi here, aka d.m.t I am a tattoo artist based in Delhi, currently working at Devilz Tattooz. I love drawing free flowing fluid lines, blackwork, gothic styles, fine line work and anime/manga panels on people. I started my journey in 2019, after psychology and graphic design failed to appease me as full time jobs. The path I took, though admittedly long winded, is possibly one of the best decisions I have ever taken in my life and I look forward to sharing many stories and tattooing many important milestones on people. If you’re reading this, hopefully you as well!
